Service was ramazing Daniela from Guest Relations was amazing and even surprised us as it was our anniversary. Checking in was smooth, with Jameson and Paul at he front desk and they were super helpful. I love the Peninsula chain, and I visit regularly, It was my first time in Peninsula New York, and it has to be one of the best peninsula locations I have been to. The rooms are newly renovated. The service is perfect. The location is amazing. It has to be the best place to stay in New York. My dream is to spend my special birthday there with my girls. Will definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Peninsula New York, and I can honestly say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The Peninsula is renowned for its luxury and service, and my stay lived up to every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegance and sophistication of the hotel's lobby and common areas. The grand chandeliers, marble floors, and tasteful decor immediately set the tone for a high-end experience. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. My room was a haven of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings was evident, and the view of the city skyline from my window was breathtaking. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The spacious bathroom featured a deep soaking tub and a separate shower, and it was stocked with luxurious amenities. One of the standout features of The Peninsula New York is its impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, was attentive and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation, the service was consistently top-notch. I also had the opportunity to dine at Clement, the hotel's restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cuisine was delicious, and the ambiance was refined and comfortable. The breakfast options were diverse and catered to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the views of Fifth Avenue while enjoying my meal. The location of The Peninsula New York is perfect for exploring the city. It's within walking distance of Central Park, world-class shopping on Fifth Avenue, and many cultural attractions. The proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore other parts of the city as well.

My family and I went to experience Christmas in NYC. The hotel location was perfect, we were able to walk to all of the spots- Radio City music hall, Bryant Park, Central Park, Rockefeller and Times Square. The hotel was lovely. We had a Junior suite that was very clean, updated, beautiful. We ordered room service for breakfast which was great. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The property was beautiful with a chandelier of fresh flowers as you enter. The property was clean and welcoming. The location was great and close to Central Park, as well as getting to Times Square and Rockefeller Square. We were able to walk where we needed to go. The coffee shop next door is the place to go for breakfast.
